I’m Nicki Isaacs, founder of NeuroFriendly.
I live in a neurodivergent family, with close experience of autism, ADHD, dyslexia, sensory processing differences and related challenges. Alongside this lived experience, I have worked across event management, business enterprise and frontline customer-facing roles.
Over the years, I’ve seen how well-meaning staff are often left without the understanding or tools they need to support neurodivergent people effectively — both as colleagues and as customers.
I started NeuroFriendly to provide practical, real-world training that helps staff feel more confident, reduces misunderstandings, and supports better day-to-day interactions in workplaces and public-facing environments.
We deliver practical, real-world neurodiversity training for organisations that work with the public or employ neurodivergent staff.
Our sessions focus on understanding needs, reducing barriers, and making small, realistic changes that genuinely help — without adding pressure to staff or organisations.
This is non-clinical, advisory training, designed to increase confidence and understanding rather than overwhelm.
15–20% of the population is neurodivergent – and yet most environments are built for the other 80%. That leads to stress, burnout, lost talent, and lost customers.
Being NeuroFriendly isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s smart, future-focused, and deeply human.
